Kris has been a part of Shawnee Alliance Church since 2003 and our lead pastor since 2020. He and his wife, Liz, have served together in ministry since 2006 and have one son, Benjamin. Kris is passionate about empowering people to reach the lost for Jesus Christ. He continues to develop staff and volunteers to impact our church and community.
John is passionate about Jesus and leading His people into authentic, spirit-filled worship. He leads our worship, tech, and video teams and provides the congregation opportunities to connect with God while growing in faith. John and his wife, Katy, have three children (Gabe, Avram and Ellie).
Sarah joined our ministry team in 2018, bringing a business background with nearly 20 years of financial and managerial experience. She manages the day-to-day operations of the church and has a heart for mentoring youth, bringing a ministry focus to everything we do, and being part of the worship team. She and her husband, Nick, are long-time members of Shawnee Alliance, along with their three children (Colson, Morgan and Kylie).
Brian and his wife, Leanne, have one daughter (Peili) and one son (James). After 18 years of experience in the ministry, Brian joined Shawnee Alliance as our Connections Pastor in 2021. He works to grow the existing small groups and train small group leaders in creating healthy relationships. Brian is passionate about the body of Christ, discipleship, and developing relationships that help people grow in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Josh leads middle and high school Student Ministries and events. He’s a big kid at heart and he builds a great connection with our students and volunteers. He is passionate about leading our youth into dynamic, exciting relationships with Jesus and encouraging them in navigating life well. He and his wife, Jessica, have three sons (Trey, Gage and Cove).
Erin brings her experience as a teacher and school administrator and love for children to her position of leading Children’s Ministry. She and her volunteers share the story of Jesus’ love with kiddos in grades K-4 with excitement and creativity. She has a passion for helping kids see that Jesus is fun and is always there and ready to help them. Erin and her husband, AJ, have three children (Brooklyn, Drew and Benjamin).
