How can you help?
We are collecting items to assist medical workers in sanitizing their homes. If you would like to donate cleaning and sterilization supplies (disinfectant wipes, hand sanitize, etc.) items can be dropped off at the church office during office hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We are collecting notes and cards of encouragement and love for those in nursing homes. We have collected over 300 cards and have distributed them to seven facilities. Our new goal is to cover every nursing home and assisted living facility in our area. If you would like to contribute, please drop off notes or cards at the church office during our office hours (M-Th, 9:00am to 3:00pm). If you would like us to pickup the cards from your home please contact Lorraine at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are also collecting masks to be distributed to local healthcare workers. If you have N95 masks you would like to donate you can drop them off during office hours. If you would like to create a mask, Mercy Health has requested we follow the pattern found here: https://www.instructables.com/id/AB-Mask-for-a-Nurse-by-a-Nurse/?fbclid=IwAR2GlsiJr6FjGUoVDjbHnQNDoTsknzFJDmCT_otJbWl2Q3yNIvBnGDcR-Js.
If you would like to be prayed over, need assistance, or would like to offer to help us as we respond to this crisis please reach out to us at email@example.com.
